If SEBI Chairperson is confident then she should file 500 to 1000 Cr defamation case against Hindenburg. None of the panel members are even discussing about the possibility of any wrong doings. Instead of panel members trying to instill confidence for investors by crying foul, go through the legal way to defend your name and if there is any wrong doings by chairperson, resign immediately and she must be punished accordingly as per the law. It’s a fact that a short seller chooses the shares of a particular company which has a disproportionately inflated value by ulterior methods and most prone to collapse by the exposure of such ulterior methods. Why Hindenburg of USA chose Adani’s companies as its target?
