i you are thinking to install apk files on samsung smart tv, than it is not supported on samsung as samsung os is not android it is tizen. Also you can not install apps via pen drive.

High end sony tv are also best like oled. You need to check all things brightness, picture quality, ports, etc.

you can use google translate app in mobile to translate in English and change the language to English.
