What ports are in tv and soundbar, if bluetooth connection not possible you can connect with aux aur optical. If tv has optical port you can buy optical to aux converter. amzn.to/46HUM24

Hello, why cant i voice command to Q800C? i can use alexa on phone with smart things but it s just receiving commands from phone and playing via bt. not recognizing voice from soundbar i think. Did i miss something?

I have followed all steps but alexa not working

there is issue with samsung and alexa servers. uninstall alexa app from mobile, also deregister the device from alexa app, now uninstall smart thing app and try again, sometimes factory reset of soundbar required. I have to also clear all data in smartthing app server. Now after setup again alexa working.
