The animation is wrong, the pivot is the ball joint between the lower control arm and the hub, not between the top of the hub and the bottom of the strut.

They both are emission standards! BS2 vehicles have comparatively low emission then BS1 vehicles.

That animation is wrong. Typically the strut is fixed mounted to the spindle/knuckle. The animation has a pivot point on the bottom of the strut where it meets the spindle/knuckle.
