Zone 2 is the best zones especially if you train before going to work (full time employee). Hindi ka laspag at feel ko lang nagbuboost pa ng energy for the day. I tried zone 2 training 85% for a week with 10-15% vo2max in weekend. Yung sa 1st race ko palang naimagine yung benefits nya. I held zone 4 & 5 for almost 3 hours and couldn't imagine how I had sustained that and pandemic biker lang ako and not so athletic as others. Kaya tinuloy ko na din kasi kita ko naman ang benefits :)

Agree! sta rosa tagaytay rd (paseo- tag rotonda) perfect training ground. If you can avg 20-25kph those are good nos

pag nasa mood siguro kaya ng before 1hr yung tagaytay-santa rosa road. pag wala sa mood zone 5 🤣
