Summarzing it- 1. Eat only till 80 percent full 2. 12 hour fast ⏰ - - not > 14hr 3. 3-4 hour gap bw meals…can have healthy fillers in between - liquids/fruits 4. Pls note, insulin sensitivity is when your body even with small amounts of insulin released can lower blood glucose levels, we want to be insulin sensitive which comes with healthy lifestyle. All of the points she spoke about insulin processing was about INSULIN RESISTANCE which results in increased blood sugar levels with glucose roaming around ( cells do not process glucose since insulin disables the cell opening)

My grandfather is 89 years old. No issues of health, even having better energy than me 34 years old. He has never ate any paneer. Only veggies roti and dal. 3 things he followed according to me: 1. he was riding bicycle around 30-40kms a day, never had a motor vehicle throughout life. (So, exercise and cardio is good.) 2. Never ate outside food, (this is must to avoid any health issues like fatty lever, diabetes etc. ) 3. Ate on time and less. (this is for discipline that we need our body to follow. ) Even though this protein theory is good for muscles but I think if we follow above 3 and include protein in our diet it will give great results

She clealy said she doesnt really recommend juicing itself as it breaks down the fruit composition, so eating full fruit is best. If you are athlete or juice is a need then juicing is ok. and if fresh juice is not available at all then tetra pack is fine. lets say someone is dying because of diarrhea and dehydration, then you think its tetra pack and wont drink and prefer to die? she is not really suggesting tetrapack... dont listen just last few word and make up your mind whats the *****

after watching it for 2hrs got some imp points 1)Most important is your diet 2) number 2 is sleep 3) 3rd is exercise 4) eat 80% of full capacity, dont eat fruits empty stomoch, 5)avaoid any kind of sweet, like condrink, fruit juices

Firstly Thankyou Ranbeer for this episode , majority women jo hai wo fass gayi hai aur apne liye time nahi nikalti jab tak problem sir se upar nahi ho jata hai . Jaise weight gain tummy fat,less sleep, eating baasi food so to avoid food wastage. Ranbeer ek request hai next episode me aap cover karna ki after pregnancy tummy fat ko kaise reduce karna ya use kaise manage kare .also prolonged breast feeding like feeding for 3 years straight has effect on body like extreme breast sagging will it be back in shape specially after 2nd child with 3 years of breast feeding.
