Morally it sounds good to perform duty with a child in her lap. Still, in my view, we are overlooking the question, that should arise in the system .... don't you think that that the lady traffic constable performing her duty with her child is illegal as well as an injustice to her child and creating unnecessary sympathy in the social media by torturing her baby?? I know it very much as faced too many times in my life that everyone feels safe and satisfied moving with the flow of a stream. Already they get CCL for considerable time for each child but they tend to misuse the leave by going on long tour with whole family and relatives. So any lady staff bringing her baby on duty must be severely punished so that others may learn a lesson not to misuse facilities provided by the govt. While these lady staffs go on sudden long time leave say 30 days, the male staffs have to slog harder to complete her duty as well as their own.

First give women separate office and let them deal with their own problem at workplace. We can deal with our problems ourself. Anyway, we men too do not get real holiday. 6 days slogging hard and then 7th day fulfilling the wishes of wife and children. Whom should we complain to? There is no time to hang out with friends and spend personal time. All hobbies gone in the wind after so much responsibilities.
