of all the former special forces people from India who have come out in public, Commodore Rawat is my absolute favourite. He never tries to intentionally portray himself as extra ordinary. Others often try to make themselves look better by trying to defame western SF units, but not him. He also is very consistent across all podcasts that he has done, whereas others often dodge and change their answers. He is also a survivor of Male Breast Cancer. I wish an pray for him and his family's well being. I am thankful for his service to our motherland.

One advice, stop saying " Hmm" "Hmm" on every info he gives. its annoying to the ears. Even your breath can be heard a lot of times. Let the guest speak, he knows that you are listening to him even if you don't "Hmm" "Hmm" everytime. Its such a good podcast but its annoying to sit through it due to the " HMM" "HMM".
