my succession was not registered during 1986. But tahasildar did a mutation registry in my favour as per my father's wish in 1986. My father died in 1998. My 4 sisters filed partition suit on june 2019. My father in law had purchased a 10 katha property in his name, but only 7 katha gifted it to my mother in law. After getting old, she gifted the 7 katha property to her daughter in 1992.Now the question arises us to, whether the 3 katha property of father in law will get their son or have to distribute among his sister.
