Sir wife is demanding property in her name before filing DV case on me and since last 9 months during this case I was not allowed to meet my kids I tried my best from my side to sort this issue but she didnt relied to me and not even video call done by my wife tot talk to my kids as my calls are blocked by her. can these two points be treated as mental cruelty on husband done by wife and on this can I file sec 10 petition will I get relief in the same for divorce if required.
