Word " Firoun" means the King .That particular Firoun who was against Prophet Musa ,in general terms called " Ramses 2". Remember that Egypt is in Africa where people use their native languages, such as afro- asiastic languages .EGYPT is not " Arab" but they are Arabic speaking. He has a particular name in ancient Egypt language I mean in " Akkadian" language.for me it was hard to remember the only word I could remember was " Remses 2" . As far as I know, "Firaun" is a word for the "Kings" in Egypt, which is also commonly used as "Pharaohs". And the name of Firaun(Pharaoh) during the time of Hazrat Musa AS was Ramses II. It is said the mumified remains of Ramses The Second is also on display in an Egyptian museum. Hope that helps
