If the property falls under the second category, meaning it was inherited from her father or mother, it will devolve upon her father's heir.

but in case on rule 1 , the property purchased by a women , after her death goes to her S & D & H, is it was in equal share? mean is it equally goes to her husband and daughter(even after married) and if the property was purchased by her daughter, in her mothers name , then after death of her mother ,,,is the property goes equally to her daughter and husband? or it come back to her daughter?
