The married daughter continues to be a member of her father’s joint family even after her marriage. She has been given Coparcenary Rights, why would she not be a member of her father’s family. The situation you told about was the earlier situation.

He is telling situation as per the Mitakshara law, daughter has been made part of her father's joint family post marriage through 2005 amendment in the HSA, 1956.

At 33:29 you say Hinduism include Buddhism and Jainism but the act does not specifically says so. ..... it just says that the act applies to all those people and in addition the section says that any person whose are parents are hindu ..are hindu..so how are you including Buddhism and Jainism in Hinduism on your own
