In Pakistan too we have the same colorful weddings and some traditions too. Even in West this family has maintained their culture and did a pure traditional wedding because of everyone from that family is around with them or living abroad. Even in West weddings could be like at home if you have all the family and relatives present. The paper vows I think they are reciting the vows of pheraas and the stone as it's seven times round around the fire and both have beautiful seven phera vows. We all might have wanted to have sindoor, mangal sutra, tika, heavy jewellery and robe kind of wedding filled with tears and emotions. But it's not only in dramas or films but the real eastern cultured families do celebrate it in same style. Even in West wedding is dull and colorless but if we could keep our culture alive with presence of our loved ones, it is possible to have the same kind of festivity. They are so beautiful couple and well wishes to the family. 🙂💞
