Hinged Box Tutorial 1

Tutorial 1 of 2 uses basic features of OnShape to create a shelled box with matchong lid. It adds a basic hinge mechanism with pins and introduces the creation of multiple parts. This tutorial leads to the second which focusses on the assembly and testing of the box.
