19:04 Tanjiro doesn't learn Hinokami Kagura at that moment, it's more like he remembers it as the inheritor of that dance, he has been doing it for at least couple of years after his dad passed so he is more used to Hinokami Kagura movements than water-breathing and in his desperate moment, he latched on to the most comforting memory
