Dear Doctor, Thank you for the long video. I was a victim of femoral head fracture three months back. It was duly operated upon and even after 40 sittings of a physiotherapist, I can walk limping, but still have limping problem, and pains at groin (on the surgical leg) and hip. Would you please suggest what to do, what types of exercises still to be done. I am nearly 80 years old. A few words from you will bring me some hope.
