Hip-Fire Grip/Offhand-Strike = Baby Dead Man's Tale! The Prophet Trials Scout

In today's video, I used the new scout rifle from Trials of Osiris. This scout rifle is called The Prophet. It is a 120 rpm aggressive frame scout rifle. It is very similar to Dead Man's Tale but it cannot accurately hip fire. This is where perks like hip-fire grip and offhand strike come into play. These perks vastly improve in the hip fire potential of the weapon but in the video, I will determine if they are truly worth getting.

They honestly need to invert Tex Balanced Stock. ADS damage grants improved Hip-Fire would be so much better.

Yeah it feels counterintuitive to force you to hip fire a gun that sucks when hip firing

perk's that I find that helps with the hip fire is explosive payload with hip fire grip

Good vid. Have you considered explosive payload for this? Activates Tex Balanced in two shots. I got a good roll in trials, but ultimately still like Taraxippos more haha

I was aware of that interaction. But offhand strike gives so much more of a benefit than Tex balanced stock so it doesn’t seem worth it

Can you do a video on the firefight AR? And is surround a good perk still or it’s not good anymore

I did a video on firefright a while back. And surrounded is not a good perk for PvP. If you want a damage perk use adagio
