Skillet is a Christian Rock Band, the band consists of current members John Cooper Lead Singer/Bassist, Korey Cooper Keyboards/Rhythm Guitar/Background Vocals John Cooper's Wife, Seth Morrison Lead Guitarist, and Jen Ledger, they had another female drummer called Lori Peters she left after the Comatose Album and before the Awake Album, they also had another Lead Guitarist called Ben Kasica he left after the Awake Album and before the Rise Album

The drummer is Jen Ledger. She joined Skillet at 17 after they were already headliners. She didn't think she was that good of a drummer. She has a solo project called Ledger. She is amazing on many levels. John Cooper (lead vocalist) plays bass and his wife Korey plays bass, guitars, keys and sings background vocals. They are killer in concert!

The lady vocalist/drummer is Jen Ledger. The frontman is John Cooper. His wife Kori is another guitarist in the band. She on some songs also does keyboard. There's 1 more guitarist in the group I think his name is Zack but not sure. I love this band.

Skillet is a Christian Rock Band who felt called to play on mainstream radio and reached people that way, thus their songs don't have an overtly Christian tone and don't mention God or Jesus to allow them to be played on secular stations that may not permit religious songs. They are still played on Christian radio as well and appear at Christian concerts and music festivals such as Unity in Muskegon, Michigan with other Christian artists.

You should check out the drummer Jen Ledger's side band LEDGER. Her band is to me the perfect band. It's the only band I have connected with on a deep personal level. Her music saved me and helped me decide to turn my life around. Jen is the biggest hidden gem in the music industry too. Besides being an awesome drummer and having the most beautiful voice in my opinion. She can play bass and guitar and is learning piano currently. This is her towards the beginning of her career too. She's only gotten even better.
