Good reaction video! Us Norwegians can be a bit sensitive about being called Swedish 😉😋 Any way, I highly recomend you check out some of her live performances. She's as good live as in studio recordings. Many people actually like her live performances better. I recomend you check out any song from either the KEXP Iceland airwaves performance or the Nidarosdomen concert. Both great performances by her. ✌

Not her best song, but probably the most played. She's almost always better live. Suggest The STRIPPED version of Through the Eyes of a Child and the cathedral version of Lucky. Also the official version of The Seed.

i am still impressed how deep her songs are even those that she wrote as a kid, like when she wrote this at 11 years old and "lucky" when she was 9

Billie Eilish told Vanity Fair- “When I was 12, I saw Aurora’s ‘Runaway’ music video,” “Something inside me clicked, like, that is what I want to do, no matter whether it goes anywhere or not.”

Aurora has som many great songs, all of them with a message. A good second song would be Murder Song (5,4,3,2,1) at the Nobel peace prize concert 2015. Stay safe 🇳🇴

For a Norwegian to be called Swedish...... That is the ultimate insult! 😂 Aurora sure is Norwegian, she is a highly intelligent, kind hearted, wierd, and fantastic artist. Her live stuff are mindblowingly fantastic. Nidarosdomen and Haik Concerts are the best, but am am sure my fellow warriors and weirdos will give you all their favorites..... That is so fun! Note: the same song can have several versions....

Aurora must be experienced through her live performances... I hope you react to more Aurora. She does a great cover of Teardrop by Massive Attack for a bit of trip hop. :) She was about 18 in this video. Wrote this song when she was 11 for some fun Aurora trivia.

If you want to get to know just a little bit more about Aurora and how she works i recommend watching the short documentary (11 mins) made by KZbin called Nothing is Eternal, some reactors have made watching it into a reaction as well =)

You were asking to compare ABBA to Aurora, Abba was a decent band from the 70s That was real Poppy and disco-ish. I would have to say that Aurora has more talent in her little finger as far as voice quality and originality than Abba had in their whole group!

Enjoyed your reaction! I subscribed after hearing AURORA! Please react to her environmental anthem "The Seed;" or to songs from the live KEXP performance in Iceland: "All is Soft Inside," or "Churchyard" (with Bjork in attendance). Or just about any song from her amazing performance at the Nidarosdomen concert (in a cathedral with orchestral ensemble and choir)!

They can’t be compared. Aurora, does not do cover songs, she writes everything herself she is on an other level.
@Oldperson-wt3ui Жыл бұрын
@@Galdra yes, I agree, a whole different level. Aurora is a lyrical genius and has hundreds of songs, but, she does do covers ( and makes the song better/and her own) mainly as a challenge on air shows where she is to perform her own songs, that is part of the program with this radio shows

Aurora is definitely the Best of the best, this Runaway is 2015 Now this is live last year, a small intimate online gig kzbin.info/www/bejne/fmSvdJKqqqd1qNE Definitely a living Norway National Treasure, and get this bro, Billie decided to do it singing, and she was inspired by Aurora.The Viking Fairy Queen lives among us humans, The Seed, in any version, you'll see what I mean....and her band is prime A1 Unique, no comparisons, you cannot even tag her a style...she is Aurora Peace!

She wrote it at age 12. Her parents wouldn't let her get into the music industry until she was of legal age. Good for them. Also, good for her, my favorite song by her is The River
