Elton appeared on March 19 and again on 23 March 1991 at Wembley Arena in London. It’s unknown which of the two nights this performance was recorded. It was Elton’s first live performance after leaving rehab in 1990.

There is a video back in the 70s when Elton introduced a guest singer one John Lennon to the stage to do two Beatles numbers , knowing that Yoko was in the VIP section and John didnt know hence Elton helped John get back with Yoko

No, you’re misunderstanding. It states that they originally performed at live aid. Years later, when George was on his solo cover to cover tour, he invited Elton to join him to sing it together. Leave it was shot in Chicago.
