Grandmaster Caz is undoubtedly a real rap legend
and the "epitome of pure hip-hop". One of the first MC's in the hip-hop history, active since 1974, first rapper-DJ, first hip-hop poet and crucial inspiration for MC's like Rakim, Big Daddy Kane or Jay-Z. Lately immortalized in "The Get Down" series, as number 1 MC back then, also featured in Macklemore's Platinum single "Downtown".
When Caz invited us to his crib we were shocked... but we didn't have an idea what was going to happen. When Uber was carrying us we saw that we were going strictly to the legendary South "Boogie Down" Bronx - place where hip-hop was born back in the '70s. And Caz's flat... turned out to be an amazing hip-hop museum in the heart of those projects.

Nothing but LOVE for you CAZ...You're one of the crucial pioneers of Hip Hop back when the game was no joke. The game was SERIOUS back then, Union Square, the Latin Quater, The Roof Top where only a few could rock. You gave us a treasure, we had no idea on the influence your work back then was going to have historically years later and now this is something WORLD WIDE. Never got the chance to congratulate you personally. GRAND MASTER CAZ you're now a ICONIC LEGEND WORLDWIDE. Appreciate you CHAMP.

Nas I always agree with you and You are 1 of my top 5 Rappers ( Nas, MobbDeep, Slick Rick and Kurtis Blow) and I Never want Your message to get misunderstood by students, to and think Education is not Key to everything we do in life BECAUSE IT IS... School is affiliated with Education. I proud you continue to learn after you chose not to stay in school to make you the Man you is today. Education gave you the knowledge you needed to become successful with Hip-Hop #Storytelling. King of Kings. Hip Hop Pioneers Always remember that we need to Shout Out all the producers and Beatmakers because Hip Hop wouldn't be Hip Hop Without the Beats and Great Production. The Producers Bring Life to Your song. If Your a Hip Hop Producer/Beat Maker Your story wont get told the way you vison it without them.... I am Proud of You all Change Lives Through Music HIPHOP

Somewhere where nobody can disrespect you or your family. Where you have your own peace and don't have nosy ass neighbors and everybody in your business. I grew up in the BX and never once did me and my family have a "home" to call ours. Now I live in Puerto Rico and I do have my own space and livevin a house, 🏠. Just saying..
