Cadet is an absolute legend. He crashed not far from where I live. This song is so powerful, I personally feel like with certain songs you shouldn’t pause that much and just take it in and this is one of those songs. I understand you can’t keep it playing but you stop it so much I feel like maybe you’re not taking in certain bars that other people would. Still great reaction though I’m really happy you finally got to do this. Maybe with certain songs like this just don’t pause as much and take it in let others take it in too.

Said I wouldn't tear up this time. I was wrong. I understand from an interview with Krept that Cadets dad had been diagnosed with a terminal illness and only a few weeks on the clock just before Cadet passed away. He managed to hang on another year. Keep the Cadet reactions coming, keeps his legacy alive!

I never appreciated Cadet, enough, when he was alive but after he passed, I listened properly and fell in love with his music. I’m so sad that he’s gone. Even hearing this song brings tears to my eyes. After he past, I realised just how special of a person, he was. I’ve never really cared for any rappers gnat passed because usually they are on the wrong path, living the working life and when you keep doing wrong to others, it’s Lways going to come back to bite you but Cadet wasn’t like that. He had a bad start and he turned his life around. I never met the man but if he was alive now, he’d be the type of person, I’d love to have as a friend. He was loyal and I’d trust him with my own kids, if I had any. I also feel so so so sad for Krept. He lost his main dude, forever. Ever since seeing the song dedicated to Cadet, by Krept , Conan and family, there’s 1 or 2 beautiful portraits of Cadet, with a huge Smile and every time I see or think of that, it kinda breaks me.

Looked through a lot of comments to see if anyone commented on this. Might of just missed it. This track hits me possibly from a different angle to most. 1. I have been fortunate enough to have my dad around my entire life and he’s a fantastic one at that. Not perfect, but I can’t imagine where my life would’ve gone without him, and that’s with an incredible mum. 2. I was diagnosed with narcolepsy at the age of 13. Where I have been under the care of some of leading narcolepsy experts in the world at guys and st. Thomas’ in London. Where I was quickly told I have one of the most severe cases of narcolepsy they have seen (based on the the % of the brain cells that control your sleep/wakefulness cycle that have been killed off, in my case virtually all of them). 3. This condition is not just being sleepy, not having these brain cells has given me almost a non existent short term memory, terrible organisational ability and a crippling serotonin and dopamine deficit that has caused me to suffer enormously from addiction since the age of 13 (I’m now 25) . 4. I am incredibly self aware with mental health, and I have worked my self to the point of mental and physical exhaustion everyday when getting my degree in biochemistry and masters in infection and immunology. A feet I am very proud of, as my condition doubled the difficulty of these achievements. 5. I am still battling crippling addition, and the reason for writing this is I would be dead without my family and friends unbelievable support with this issue for all this time. Supporting someone with addiction can prove completely futile a lot of the time as it is such a horrific disease. What you guys said about how that would make you feel ‘why did you not care enough to stop those urges’ is absolutely valid to think and most do. I now work in A&E/ the ER and plan to become a doctor. I have only seen my colleagues across all job roles, describe the severe addicts we see so often, as evil. I feel a constant sadness for these people, as without the support I’ve had, I would be them. I have stolen from my friends and family in the past, I have a built in tendency to lie to keep my addictions going as long as I can. I have felt a near constant sense of guilt, shame and embarrassment for the actions the disease of addiction has led me to do. They could not be more counter to my values and who I am as a person, and yet, addiction is so devastatingly powerful, your brain will do absolutely anything to keep itself fed on the chemicals it feels dependent on. There becomes nothing more important to your mind and body than getting that chemical relief. This is why I see mums choose drugs over their kids, and why I have to remind people, yes I can see why you think of them as evil, do you think this is the life they wanted? And as expressed so powerfully in a book all should read ‘how to win friends and influence people’, when describing I believe a conversation between Abraham Lincoln and his wife, a quote that should be thought of many times a day ‘do not criticise them; they are just what we would be under similar circumstances’. I am yet to find a single person who upon being described simply as ‘evil’ has not had this evil so obviously explained by there life experiences. I think people would rather not accept this as it is easier to think in terms of black or white, good or evil, I have myself have found that the attempt of true empathy, not just when it is obvious and easy, is in fact an astonishingly difficult and demanding task. Anyway this incredibly long story is just what I have taken from my life experiences, think and take of it what you will. Thank you guys I have watched your videos since you were very small and you immediately jumped to my favourite reactors (and I have seen them all), from your genuine and relatable appreciation of these artists to the slightly different perspectives on tracks I have listened to a million times, you expose me to. I get so much enjoyment watching your content. Thank you so much.

@@BeersBars good I'm sorry about Ur da been a addict I got of crack very easily will power I lived in Brazil at time was having triplets my ex wife killed them with only eating diet food and as soon as the second healthy baby died from her reaction when we were told 3she went white I said I'll do everything threw out all me crack that nite I was already on methadone 4the withdrawal from herion there not much withdrawal from crack so I'm on methadone and Xanax and weed I buy the Xanax and weed ye she bought diet food I ran out after the dude y is this so expensive 🫰🏼🫰🏼 I asked went threw 4grand on it in a mth euros not there money I chased him DW stairs y this so much he goes broken english diet look he showed me there was Notting in there good wise so I rembered she was addicted to diet pills so went pulled the draw off the hinges cos she had a key 4it got in and 2open packs gone and a half pack still left put them DW toilet long story shit I went to Spain to bring sumthing over I NVR came bk I lost my passport and lived in Lisbon airport 4ard a mth then I got bk to Ireland and the bitch sent me a pic of my last baby in a plastic bag on a cold steel table then ran off with a so called mate his dead and nos it crying DW the phone on me
