Hey bro while explaining angle of inclination it is larger in females at the time of birth it is 150 degree at maturation it becomes 125 due to skeletal maturation

You might be lacking external rotation of the hip, coxa vara can be confirmed with an xray

@@MovementScience8 years of stretching i think i learned my body....when i chamber knee for middle kick my knee go down....in pancacke or butterfly mouvement it dont go far . I feel bone touch bone ...in middle split im too far from ground 50 cm...may be...i try push butt out for more space but still im in same level....with right legs i dont kick high at all expt i stretch a lot i feel hip left joint touch each other ... with left one it a bit easier but not really good high kick it go 45 degree instead of horizontal ligne.....in lotus pose fir yoga it the oposit...my right knee go down ...my left stay up ....im sure it my hips structure...and wish know if there drill in my case for flexibility. And range motion. Tx
