Beautiful scenery and thank you for the training exercise. I'm in recovery from differenciated thyroid cancer and have been using your videos to motivate me into more flexibility exercising. After three years of fighting my battle, I have lost muscle mass and strength. Over the last month or so I have noticed a difference in body mobility. It will be a while before I can get to your caliber. Thanks again.

I got hit by a car when I was 10. Shattered my femur, pelvis and broken my hip. I was in traction for 6 weeks, half body cast for 6 weeks, then had to learn to walk again. Around 30 my back/hip blew out and its pretty bad. I'm 38 now and just learned of you recently & have been using your techniques to help open up my hips and stretch more. Thank you for the information you provide.

Thank you so much for saying how long you’ve been working on flexibility. I used to be super flexible, but at 50 I am shockingly stiff. It’s more encouraging to know that you’ve had to really work at it too! Traveling is so great for a person, and it is really hard to balance with having a home base! I haven’t travelled in way too long, I had just saved money for a trip abroad last summer, then lock down happened and unemployment has exhausted most of my money, so it’ll be awhile till I can afford it. Thanks for your videos

It is very interesting not only your exercises and this idea "feel the movement" instead of lifting XY pounds or making 10000000 repetitions, but the progress your made during the existence of this channel (not only physical). There are many different genetic variations for range of motion. (being super stiff or super limber both have to do with certain genetic syndromes)You could always just stretch to your fullest potential. Stretching anytime is always good for the body and the mind!! Flexibility takes a lot of time and patience but always worth it. Just remember the importance of balance with flexibility as you age. It is extremely important. I believe in you and you can become more flexible if that is what you want but you have to want it. Check out Strength Sides other videos for mobility ...Cheers and have a good night. I wish you all the best!!!!!!

It will only crack and decay if you let it. There are insanely fit world class athletes into their 30s. You just need to take care of it, exercise, eat well, try to sleep enough. If you let your body breakdown working back is 10x harder
