I have atlas, axis, occipital instability post trauma for years. I have the one side duck foot too. Few chiropractors have the ability to adjust the cervical area properly and disc by disc. Congratulations for finding the upper nerve/circulatory jam up responsible for the arm numbness! What is amazing is that the pain that he perceived only radiated downward and he never complained of migraines.
