This class focuses on lumbar spine, spinal rotation and a couple of drills for hip flexion and abduction.
We start with CARS for Spine and Hips before moving into some mobility drills. In terms of intensity please work within safe ranges for YOUR body. Ensure you are still challenging yourself, but respect your current limitations.

whenever I do some sort of activity , my back starts tightening after that; hopefully these fun exercises will fix this issue thanks for uploading quality content brother.

1:45 Your first thing to work on is developing the ability to segment your spine. This has been a game changer for me. Put this into your daily routine and work on going really slow and controlled. @@jk.movement less lower back pain. Usually my back and testicles hurt when I stand for long periods of time, funny as it sounds. My posture is anterior pelvic tilt, and my hip flexors are tight and weak. But this is helping 100%
