When I was a kid in Maine, my mom would give us garlic everyday. Apparently when you perspire the black flies don't like the essence of garlic! We would also take some pine needles, break them up a little bit, and put them inside our hat to keep them away. The garlic on the scallops should definitely help! Thank you again for a fun video!

Another great video!! Enjoy your humor!! My favorite scallop recipe is dredge scallop In flour mixed with Cajun seasoning and then wrap in a half slice bacon and secure with toothpick and you can bake, pan fry, or microwave! I’m sure with some of your special honey on top be a winner!!

I would have to say one of my favorite meals is pan seared bacon scollops with chopped fried red potatoes and fiddle heads with salt pepper and butter! Great videos and can’t wait to get out on the East Branch to do some prospecting!
