People say out of fullmoon party days in Koh phangan not much people !!..is it true ? Are there always foreign people lives there longterm meet &chat eachother .? Exp.İf some single people go there to stay for 2-3 months ,can he find foreign friends to chat in there ? İ mean ; out of fullmoon party days are there still enough foreign tourists to meet and make friends or only local people around in there! Which part of koh phangan is better for 2-3 months to stay without bored ? Surely İ like the sun , the sea and beach cafeterias but need also friends in there sometimes to chat..for that reason i ask this detail) Thx
