I'm trying to get my Axel on ice but I'm always in that duck position ( butt out) and somehow I can't get rid of it. I have the same problem with off ice jumps ( however not with all the other on ice jumps) Like the more I rotate the more I stick my butt out. Do you have any tips to stay straight in the air? Just found you on KZbin and I already love your videos and personality :)

Based on what you're saying, it sounds like your core strength needs a little work so that you can keep that rotational position when the centrifugal force is applied to your body when rotating. Have you got yourself a spinner? They are great for practising this rotation position on? We can also take a look it is over zoom if you want some feedback on it. You can message us at team@icecoachonline.com

Important question. Are you really tall or is the door just small? 😐

Hahaha great question 😅 I'm 6"1 (187cm). It's hard to do off ice training at home when you're my size 😂

Hi, I’m trying to spin in a back spin position and I’m struggling to get used to the speed as I’m wobbling around. Do you have any tips to center my open spin first? My coach tells me to keep my right butt cheek in (I rotate counter clockwise) help :/

Would it be alright to replicate you as an AI and always have a personal skating coach?
@IceCoachOnline4 жыл бұрын
Haha sure 😂 as long as you tell people to subscribe to the channel if they like the AI teaching 🤣

Like, you need to use your core and keep your back straight right? (Not that I dont do that at all I just dont pay alot of attention to it) When I think abt it thats actually how the coaches do it lol I dont do competitions or anything its more like a hobby but still I wanna get better
