I wish we had something like this back in the US. I'm going employed as a Child Welfare Officer here in the US and unfortunately in our position we only intervene once all daily stressors have reached a boiling point :(

Sending hugs to you. It's not going to be easy and remember self-care is important. A lot of CWO get burned out and even in Singapore, it's no different. Just remember to take care of yourself first and know when to seek supervision when you need to. Good luck!
