This is a great video. My employer C2C sends 1099 to some but doesn’t send me any. Is it because of my tax filing status s-Corp?

Hey Jamie. Awhile back i had an employer who hired me as a "contractor" but had me sign an NDA which i found out as a contractor you dont have to sign one nor should one be given but she would also have me invoice her but i never set the rates. She did. I also got Tax forms from her. Is that technically illegal?
