before hiring a v.a see his history reviews and always hire them from a platform where the payment protection is available like upwork.com I am top rated on upwork with 100% job success rate and never had an issue related payment or scam.. why would someone hire from facebook..

Good video and you have raised good points. Many VA's are coming from Pakistan because this is a new trend here and everyone wants to work and earn but it is not that easy. I'm a VA too but i dont claim to be a expert i try to answer questions because it increases my knowledge too and maybe help others, even if i know the answer i still do research before answering because a small mistake can cost people money and this is what everyone should try to do.

@@londonspade5896 you need investment for becoming a seller. Not everyone can afford it. Here in Pakistan some institutes are providing courses for amazon. Those who have an investment become a seller themselves and others offer their services as VA.

Just read reviews VERY carefully. I’ve noticed many accounts have fake reviews so you really have to have your sixth sense on. Many reviews from “US Costumers” have bad English or make no sense. Good luck!

Whatever task or project you have someone else do, make sure you have working knowledge on what the outcome should be so you can evaluate the quality of the work they've done and not just accept it as is and assume it was done right. For PPC, I'd go with a PPC service rather than a VA.

This was excellent information, I'm constantly reading and getting unsolicited pm from these guys on multiple FB groups. One guy wanted me to give him my brand's Asin No.. He even tried the old, you can trust me. I don't know how a doctor can diagnose his patient without examining , I'm a professional 😂. Poor guy sounded desperate.

Hi Crescent, I have been following your group for a while now. Your content is amazing. Just wanted to add that there are dirty eggs who try to get experience by just learning a course or they just have a short term goal, which is bad. You mentioned about Pakistani VAs especially and I agree with you that these are some untrained people who are making trouble for the professional VAs from Pakistan. We try our best to filter out these people from the Pakistani Amazon Community as well to reduce the Scam since this is making difficult for sellers to hire VAs. Thanks for highlighting this issue. Pakistan is primarily where the bad eggs are coming from. Everyone's use for a VA depends on their own needs, what I might hire one for may not be what you need one for, if at all.

@@CrescentKao I dont think this is the right way to blame the whole country just because of some unprofessional peoples, in every society there are goods and bads as well. Coming to your point, it is sole responsibility of employer to do the right screening to ensure the candidate has the right skills to serve. This will minimize the risk of being victimized.

@@princesebo thanks for your input. I’m not blaming an entire country, that’d be illogical and ridiculous. I’m pointing out what’s going on in the industry right now and what to watch out for. My Facebook group alone has close to 30,000 members and we have to deal with problem everyday and 99% of these VA accounts are from Pakistan. It’s frustrating. And it’s a waste of my time and resources.

@@CrescentKao Dear Crescent, I'm certainly one of your fans and appreciate and as a Pakistani myself, it's hurtful but unfortunately it's a bitter truth. I came across posting of a VA in a FB group where the VA was openly soliciting people to give reviews for money. I warned her that this would ban her account. Besides the individuals, I believe the biggest problems is groups like Extreme Commerce, Enablers, etc who are creating unrealistic expectations just so people can buy their courses and also people invest their money with these companies. These companies are creating extreme greed.
