The acid newspaper is from GTA Online. There’s a mission where you deliver acid by throwing the newspapers into buckets. I guess the acids inside?

Umm an idea, you or Chuck make a remote that changes the lights green. But you/he foul up the electronics in it and it changes ALL light to green, so have to deal with all that and the cop problems associated with it. You could also have some Civs wrecking everywhere. ((I don't think, writing such a script should not be too hard.) anyway, that is my idea.

FYI Ryan the acid package means acid as in the drug, Rockstar added an acid lab dlc to GTA Online. In GTA Online you deliver it by throwing a package into baskets or stashing them, and the design is a newspaper, which I guess is hiding the drug The hazardous jerry can was added for one of the Diamond Casino robberies. It does nothing in freeroam
