This series really shows the difference between being kind and just being harmless. Inuyashiki , the protagonist, chose to do good and tried to not hurt anyone or abuse his power even though he very much could. Whereas Hiro is just a straight up psychopath who is choosing to live out every intrusive thought he's ever had. Showing that he was always a budding serial killer deep down who was just harmless because he didn't actually have the *power* to act on his fantasies "Power doesn't corrupt, it reveals"
