Tsukki has much more interesting power combinations than Hiro10, changes in levels and also is better at hitting beats with his power...but he needs to work on cleaning his stuff up, particularly outside of his power. I prefer him over Hiro10, but he needs to clean his content up to beat him. Hiro has good form, explosive content and mixes things together very nicely. His content is very high level, not as crazy as Tsukki, but still top tier.
