Hirobo Shuttle Plus II on Floats ©

I have just purchased a set of Heli-Max floats which is the same as what you're using I believe and I've noticed that you've kept the original landing gear on and I like the clearance that you have, watching this did makes me want to do the same instead of mounting the floats directly on the helicopter frame as per the instructions

I liked being able to quickly turn the helicopter on to floats and back to normal skids. Plus flying off the river, the smallest of waves from passing boats would make the nose of the helicopter up and downs causing the tail blades to strike water. So higher seemed better :)

that's awesome :) I have an old pair of floats for a shuttle that still hold air. i'm tempted to try and use them once my shuttle is flying :)
