CORRECTION : nasal movement is esotropia temporally is exotropia

Clear your doubt with few practical assessment... Don't fool yourself... When, we cover fixating eye, deviated eye will take fixation, so if the eye is moving towards nose that means that eyes was exotropia. Thank you, Samir Sutradhar.

Hav a doubt In prism bar cover test if the patient Hbrg is 15 degree will it be 30 prism diopter as documentation??or will it be below 20 D or something ??

These two tests may have different amount of deviations in result. If we get 15° deviation in Hirschberg test, we can't write as Prism cover test: 30PD deviations. We have to mention separately the amount of deviations we get along with test name.

How a reflex from sclera be seen in under light?

When Eso or Exo deviation is so high that you don't see any reflex on the cornea. The deviation of so high that you even able to realize with naked eye.
