His First Ride On Haunted Mansion Holiday At Disneyland | More Rides, Halloween Fire Works & A Treat

In today’s vlog we head back into Disneyland for some rides and a Halloween treat. Then Tim met up with us for dinner and he takes over the vlog and heads back to the park to see the fireworks! I know it's too late now but in the future taking the monorail into Disneyland or out of (or both) is a great short cut when you are staying at the Disneyland hotel. It only has two stops, Tomorrowland and Downtown Disney. Thanks for the great videos Jenn, it's been so nice getting to see both yours and Tim's experiences. 💜

When friends come to town to do Disneyland, I tell them, if you want to go on It's A Small World, it has to be the last ride we do. That song is a total ear worm. That song runs in your head until you sleep. If you go at 8 am, that's about 15 hours of that song. If you wait until 10 pm, it will only be 2 or 3 hours in your head until you can release it. *shiver*

A real good place to see the fireworks at Disneyland is by Small World. You can see the fireworks really well and the projections are cast on the facade of Small World. With the flat surface you can see the projections really well there. This was a tip a cast member gave me and we’ve watched the fireworks there quite a few times. Only thing is you won’t be able to see Zero or Tinkerbell flying from the castle.

Ahh the fireworks size. California can only use certain size fireworks due to climate and to reduce fire risk. Florida has no such problem as the humidity prevents that and the constant rain. Florida can use any size fireworks as it’s so humid and Disney world is located over lakes that put any embers out as they fall, Disneyland has no lakes so can’t put out any embers as literally it’s surrounded by businesses and homes so are limited by fireworks size plus lots of city ordnances. It’s a lot of factors that determine exactly what parks can use and when.

Hi, I'm glad Jackson liked Haunted Mansion Holiday, I think the Holiday one is perfect for kids to have their 1st ride on it. Jackson did great walking the bridges, that 1st one was wobbly, but looked fun. Jackson really hoping the bat cookie will be there was cute, glad he really enjoyed it. This was nice. Oh, and it's cool to see some Halloween fireworks at the end. I think k it's cool Tim wanted to see them e en though he was tired.
