Not just Marie but Peri as well they both seem oblivious when it comes to Abe even when Abe pushed her head against the wall and Maire notice the cut on peri's head it was Leela who was forced to tell her what Abe had done. and even when she was told both Peri and Marie still felt the need to defend him. After what Abe had done to her I thought Peri would be smart enough to run for the hills but instead she decides she still wants to marry him totally dismissing the warning signs.

Well done John Paul. I think Abe will be questioned soon. I think Cleo waking it essential to the case. She will able to tell the world what happened and Peri will be quite shocked. It is a very special Christmas in Chester and the stories, episodes week in week get by and better. Marie does need to wake up to the dangers of Abe and he does need to be arrested soon.

Finally the McQueen family united to defend one of their own!! And also, you finally got my John Paul involved in the important matters, I just hope this isn't the only time we see him confronting Abe and seeking justice for his little cousin, he needs to keep being part of this storyline. I especially loved the scene where he breaks into Abe's flat, defends Cleo and sows the seed of doubt in Peri. Speaking of Peri, I hope that once and for all she listen to the voice in her head telling her to stay away from Abe for her own good.
