People were expecting the guy to frame the note and take his cash to a bank! They're like "Urh! He tossed the note, probably bought drugs too"! I work near this homeless, who was or is wealthy, sleeps on the footpath over 15 years. He owned a beautiful house, but lost his wife and child in a horrific car crash, he is just waiting to see them again, He doesn't do drugs and never seen him drunk nor a bottle in hand. Not all homeless have addictions, but all are sad
