I ended up keeping it, too much hassle returning bulky items. So far it's still working strong

@@masguapoako update, got mine delivered yesterday by FedEx, opened it up and sure enough 2 good size dents in it. Called 1-800-Walmart and they were willing to give me 30% refund for it so I took it.

I just got my freezer today & had to return it right away because of a long dent on the side. Got another replacement with slightly dented in the side, kept it anyway. Although I wanted to ask if the green light turned on right away?

How do I know if it's working if the power light isnt turning on but I don't want to wait to see if it's broken. It was running originally

I would have it repaired if it's still under the 1 year warranty. If not, you just gonna have to open and check every couple of days I guess.

Yes, I've also defrosted it a couple of times when it's empty. I don't remember how fast it freezes but it's fast enough to me
