you have to active high refresh rate mode from advanced picture settings and make sure that you enable HDMI enhanced mode then it should work. As confirmed by customer care

Hey brother I have purchased this tv last week on 16th. Got it installed yesterday. I am a bit disappointed with the display brightness and performance. Because i am also using vu Glo led. Which is far far better in terms of picture quality.

Actually 120 hz means panel refrsh rate it is used when the fast video run smoothly by memc and this panel 120 hz used to play video more smooth . Its only 4 tv purpose not for gaming purpose. Other wise its a good tv its also a 120 hz panl rfrh rate tv . Defntly best tv under 25 k
