It's a possibility... also at 16:12 the guy talking is very wrong, hisoka himself said that he won't take any chances and he's not going to try to "have fun" or make the fight difficult for himself after his humiliation against chrollo in which he lost without even injuring chrollo at all. That's why he killed sharnalk when sharnalk didn't have his nen ability to defend himself. So it's very weird for hisoka to be just standing there in the crowd if 2 or 3 spiders (like Feitan's group for example) jump him he's as good as dead, so I can't seem to understand his logic on one hand he's saying he won't take any chances on the other he's taking a huge risk by walking publicly without hiding at all, so it might just be that this isn't hisoka at all and it's Bonolenove disguised (chrollo told him to turn into something last time we saw him, It could be he asked him to turn into hisoka to play with the mafia families and find the real hisoka)

So this guy doesn't know anything about Hisoka? When he was killed by Chrollo in Heavens Arena and came back, he decided not to allow his opponent's the opportunity to have any advantage, nor make any fight harder for himself. But pure killing, which is why he took out the 3 members of the troupe in an instant, not allowing them to regroup so he could finish the job quickly. Hisoka no longer wants to enjoy a fight, he wants to enjoy killing. Plot Armor should probably do a refresher on the manga and not just watch the anime. Smh.
