THANK YOU!! I'm seeing a surgeon tomorrow to discuss what to do now that we've established the presence of indraductal papillomas via steriotactic vacuum assisted biopsy. And here I was expecting to have to lop off my breasts to "prevent" cancer! Maybe I can keep myself intact a little longer with active survellance, like we are doing for my husband's prostate cancer. Tomorrow I will setting up an appointment for excisional biopsy to rule out DCIS. Now I know I don't have to jump the gun now.

Yes, there is a layer of myoepithelial cells around the epithelial cells and IHC they are Actin positive.
