now i get why they're called orphan annie's eye nucleus inclusions. if you wiki a pic of the CARTOON orphan annie you'll find that her eyes are a dark rim and an empty centre...JUST like the cells! cooooool :D pathologists have awesome imaginations!

Hashimoto thyroiditis, papillary carcinoma is a simple diagnosis, but if one lacked a histological assay of a patient with signs and symptoms of throat inflammation due to infection, the practicianer could be most hindered. The disease process is unique and many pathologist still would maybe go as far a dysplastic or metaplastic thyroiditis with papillary morphology. The legal sharks can also thrive on medical inactivity, for failure to diagnose a pathology where there is one....
