Throughout the story Sun Wukong develops a real talent for spotting demons in disguise. Part of it is because he's a divine being, part of it is because he's an allegory for the mind, but in my professional opinion it's because he spent the first seven chapters beating the shit out of every major deity in the three big ancient Chinese regions.

Sun Wukong got the ability to see Demons in Disguise when Lao Tzu and the Jade Emperor tried to cook him.

Sandy had a really badass backstory in the original novel. After Sandy was tossed out of heaven, he kinda had to kill and eat people for a living. Among the victims, nine of them were the previous existences of Tripitaka. Buddha thought, for the golden cicada to cleanse his sin, he had to suffer and reincarnate nine times before finishing the job he was given. So after his ninth deaths, he finally reincarnated as Tripitaka.(the golden was the one to retrieve the books from Buddha after his first reincarnation). The neckless beads that Sandy wears were actually nine skulls of Tripitaka's previous existences before being turned into a real neckless by Kuan Yin.

Tripetaka: Gives monkey a lecture about killing bandits. Also Tripetaka: Pigsy kills two celestial/Demon kids. No lecture.

That’s the thing with Sun Wu Kong: Most people have common sense and respect for personal boundaries where unlike the monkey king has non.

When the Jade Emperor and Lao Tzu tried to destile the Inmortal Elixir from Sun's body, the smoke of the braser gave Sun Wukong the power of the Fierce Golden Stare, which allows him to see though the demons' illusions.

red didnt go into detail about suns eyes in the first part where he was being thrown inside the brazier, apparently he gained those special eyes while trapped in the brazier that lets him see past most magical disguises. red only mentions that he got some glowing red eyes

The annoying part here is how mean pigsy is in the entire crew by not believing sun wukong and blaming him even though he is literally the oldest out of all of them and has more knowledge of demons also it's kinda ironic how he defeated LBD 3 times in the books but it took 2 whole season in Lego Monkie kid to deafeat her while leaving with trauma. And i find it better that they made pigsy in LMK more lovable.

"stuff" that is Radiating with their own immortality that was cultivated with care and time - beit a Peach orrrr, say, a Monk?... 🥴Unintentionally?' 🤭... ... ...I mean, Wukong wrought havoc for merely giggles or "🐵🤤Yum-yum" reasons. Should any of us expect a Bone-Demoness to attempt anything less than "Why not?" or "I'm suddenly famished?" lol 😆
