Wikipedia has an article about Ning Li who was a Chinese American scientist. Born in Shandong, she graduated from the Department of Physics of Peking University, and in 1983 she emigrated with her family from China to the United States. She is known for her physics and anti-gravity research. In the 1990s, Li worked as a research scientist at the Center for Space Plasma and Aeronomic Research.

I listened to Annie Jacobsen on the Shawn Ryan Show a few days ago and I was chuckling about the Oppenheimer story about how the American Atomic Bomb was built. Most of this history is more Hollywood than facts. Especially with your work on how the Nazis had several atomic bomb programs going on at once. She didn't get into the more interesting work she did on Operation Paperclip, which to me is more interesting than her new book. Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving.

Im not sure anything top-secret was going on in Liinakhamari since it was a minor naval base close to Soviet artillery positions. If the Germans had a top secret arctic base for high tech, I would put it on Bear Island due north. Or in Greenland. Some have said the US base of Thule was once a German weather station. (John W. Warner IV).

Most important interview of 2024. This is on par with phillip k dick's man in a high castle. It's alternate ghost reality is made tangible in a way. We weren't far off from a Wolfenstein reality.

n 1941, the village of Liinakhamari (it was the territory of Finland at that time) was occupied by the Nazis. In the port of Liinakhamari, a German naval base was located on the coast of the Barents Sea. The base played an important role in the confrontation with the Soviet Northern Fleet and the Arctic Allied convoys to the USSR. From the mainland, the village was defended by a Nazy mountain division (Gebirgs Division), and the only way from the sea - a 17-kilometre fjord - was exposed to artillery fire. The Germans called this way “the corridor of death” and were absolutely sure that bypassing it was impossible.

Witkowski needs someone to speak for him the information would flow more freely that way. Too much stuttering and searching for words. It’s not a knock as I don’t speak any polish either but it takes him 5 times too long to say anything.
