Why are there no homeless in that park like most other parks in oregon?

It a good question. I think this park is well maintained due to the proximity of both Grant High and Beverly Cleary schools, but I actually don't see many homeless in the parks in NE Portland. I live very close to this area and Irving Park in Irvington is very much the same. It's clean, well maintained and when a tent does pop up, it is quickly removed. Laurelhurst Park which is possibly my favorite park in Portland did have a big problem for several years, especially along the south side, but that also seems to be cleaned up now. Unfortunately parks west of the Willamette river around the Pearl and downtown continue to be an ongoing problem though. Thanks for your questions and your interest in my channel.
