HISTORIC PLACES: Nassau, Bahamas

High View Productions takes you back to the Bahamas with a new series called Historic Places. On this episode we show you a fort made in 1793 named Fort Fincastle which over looks Nassau and was built by Lord Dunmore. We also went to The Queens Staircase built between 1793 - 1794, also known as the 66 steps. The last historic place we went to was Fort Montagu which was built between 1741 - 1742. This fort played in many roles during some historic battles in the Bahamas. Hope you guys enjoy this new series, comment below and let me know what you guys think!

There were no pirates at that time. Pirates era was around 1720s. This is post US Independence.

Love the educated and misinformed. "Caribbean pirates came started taking over". Truth be told they were Caribbean natives tired of Europeans looting all their goods and enslaving them. Same as Africa today
